2.2 Point Calculation: Points are calculated based on the actual amount you pay after any discounts or promo codes are applied. Points are not earned on the portion of the purchase paid for with reward points.

2.3 Automatic Awarding: Points are automatically added to your account when your purchase is completed and the order is confirmed. You can view your points balance in your Dashboard.

2.4 Point Expiration: Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, we reserve the right to modify this policy with advance notice.

3.1 Tier System: As you accumulate points, you progress through different reward tiers. Each tier offers increasing benefits, including higher discount percentages and exclusive perks.

3.2 Tier Benefits: Higher tiers provide:

• Increased discount percentages on purchases
• Access to exclusive rewards and gifts

3.3 Tier Progression: Your current tier is determined by your total points balance. You automatically advance to the next tier when you reach the required point threshold.

5.1 Redemption Process: To redeem points, navigate to your Dashboard and access the Rewards section. From there, you can choose how you want to use your points.

5.2 Instant Discounts: When checking out, you'll see an option to use points for a discount. Select the amount of points you want to use, and the discount will be applied immediately.

5.3 Promo Code Generation: Generate promo codes by redeeming points. Each promo code has a specific discount value and may have expiration dates or usage limitations.

5.4 Gift Redemption: Browse available gifts in the rewards store and redeem points for the gifts you want. Redeemed gifts will be delivered according to the gift's terms and conditions.

6.1 Dashboard: Your Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your rewards activity, including:

• Current points balance
• Current reward tier and progress to next tier
• Points earned and redeemed history
• Available redemption options
• Generated promo codes

6.2 Transaction History: View a detailed history of all point transactions, including points earned from purchases and points redeemed for rewards.

7.1 Generating Codes: You can redeem points to generate promo codes with specific discount values. Promo codes can be used during checkout to receive discounts.

7.2 Code Sharing: Generated promo codes can be shared with others or used yourself. Each code can typically be used a limited number of times or by a specific number of users.

7.3 Code Expiration: Promo codes may have expiration dates. Check the code details in your Dashboard for expiration information.

7.4 Code Limitations: Promo codes may have usage restrictions, such as minimum purchase amounts, applicable product categories, or one-time use limitations.

8.1 Gift Catalog: The rewards store features a catalog of exclusive gifts that can be redeemed using points. Gifts may include premium products, special discounts, or other valuable items.

8.2 Gift Availability: Available gifts may change over time. New gifts are added regularly, and some gifts may have limited availability or be seasonal.

8.3 Gift Redemption: When you redeem points for a gift, the points are immediately deducted from your balance. Gift delivery or activation follows the specific terms for each gift.

8.4 Gift Terms: Each gift has its own terms and conditions, including point requirements, delivery methods, and any restrictions or limitations.

9.1 Account Requirement: You must have an active HXDev Market account to participate in the Rewards Program. Points are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another account.

9.2 Point Forfeiture: Points may be forfeited if your account is suspended, terminated, or found to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions.

9.3 Program Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants, and reasonable efforts will be made to honor existing points and rewards.

9.4 Fraud Prevention: We monitor rewards activity for fraudulent behavior. Accounts engaged in fraudulent activity may be suspended or terminated, and points may be forfeited.

10.1 Multiple Discounts: In most cases, you can combine reward point discounts with promo codes, provided the terms of each discount allow combination. Some restrictions may apply.

10.2 Tier Discounts: Tier-based discounts may stack with point discounts and promo codes, subject to the terms and conditions of each discount type.
