3.1 Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the product as intended, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued.
3.2 Product Defects: If the product is defective, corrupted, or does not function as described, you may be eligible for a refund.
3.3 Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase upon verification.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

5. How to Request a Refund

5.3 Processing Time: Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 10-14 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
6.2 Processing Time: Once a refund is approved:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
- Other payment methods: 10-14 business days
