5.2 Account Transfer: If you transfer your account to another person, the licenses associated with that account may be transferred as well, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Support: Support for products is provided by the product creator, not by HX Studios. Support availability and response times may vary depending on the product and creator.

7.3 Lifetime Updates: Some products may offer "lifetime updates", meaning you receive all future updates for as long as the product is actively maintained. This is not a guarantee of indefinite updates.

8.1 Creator Ownership: Product creators retain all intellectual property rights to their products. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

8.2 Your Rights: You own the rights to your end products that incorporate licensed products, but you do not own the licensed product itself.

8.3 Derivative Works: You may create derivative works based on licensed products, but the original product remains the property of the creator. Derivative works may be subject to the same license restrictions as the original product.

9.1 Violation Consequences: Violation of license terms may result in:

• Immediate termination of the license
• Suspension or termination of your account
• Legal action by the product creator or HX Studios.
• Requirement to cease using the product and remove it from your projects

9.2 Reporting Violations: If you become aware of license violations, please report them to us through our support system. We take license violations seriously and will investigate all reports.

12.1 Open Source Licenses: Some products may be distributed under open source licenses (such as MIT, GPL, or Apache). Open source licenses have their own terms and conditions that govern use, modification, and distribution.

12.2 Free Products: Free products are typically subject to the same license terms as paid products, unless otherwise specified. Review the license terms for each free product before use.
